About This Pump

The Kawasaki K3V series is the workhorse tandem axial piston pump found in the majority of 8–30 ton excavators built over the past three decades. Two pump sections share one input shaft, feeding the main and pilot circuits of the machine. Because the K3V platform is so widespread, parts, rotary groups and seal kits are available off the shelf — and interchange rules between sub-models are well understood.

The K3V112DTP-9C14(JIB220) is an OEM-standard replacement main pump, rated 112×2 mL/r per rotation with a working pressure of 34.3 MPa. It matches the original mounting flange, port layout and spline configuration of the unit it replaces. It is the direct-fit pump for Komatsu JIB220 — no adaptation needed. We supply complete new units, and can also quote rotary groups, regulators or seal kits for this series.
